We usually deal with big wholesales,but slao help the small and medium-sized sellers who needs to grow his brand and demand small order, high quality, factory price.

Can you OEM or ODM the product for us?

Sure we can, we have our own factory and design department,we can have ODM service from idea,design,creating mold,mode test,material,custom color,to full sample product.

If I place a formal order to you, is it possible to return us the sample cost at that time?

Yes,no problem,after confirming the batch order,the sample cost can be returned,usually deduct the cost from the batch order amount.

What is your MOQ for regular products,for custom packing,logo silk production?

For regular products: sample order is available when they are at stock.
For custom packing:MOQ 500pcs.
For custom logo silk on products:MOQ 500pcs.
For ODM order: can be negotiated after details confirmed,usually MOQ 2000pcs.

What is the lead time of the order?

Small order (quantity below 100 pcs):1-3days your order can be shipped out
Bulk order: depends on the quantity of the order, normally,1000-5000 pcs. lead time is 10-20days

What is th delivery time of the order?

By express: DHL, FedEx, UPS 3-7 days after tracking number is recorded.
By sea:30-45 days
By train(EU): 15-25days
Small package by China post:10-15 days.

What is your accepted payment terms?

We accept PayPal/West Union/Payoneer for sample order, accept T/T for formal order.

How will you deal with the defective products?

Firstly, we need you to take a video or images to show where is the problem.Solutions will be offered after we confirmed the problem and failed in trying to teach you correcting your usage.

The solution usually contains the below ways:
1.resend the quantity of the defective products together with your next order
2.send the recovered quantity separately by express.
3.refund.
